Mark Capital Management, Inc. is a Registered Investment Advisor based in Fresno, California. The company was founded in 1992 by Paquie Markarian. In 2006, Mark Capital merged with Smith & Sprague, another Fresno-based advisor, and Pat Smith and Don Sprague assumed ownership. Paquie Markarian is still employed by the firm and continues to play a vital role in the management of the company. In 2007, Brian Hickman joined the firm, bringing with him many years of expeience in the financial services industry.
